Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I sign up my son/daughter?

A: Under the forms tab, there will be a player registration for the upcoming season.

2. How do I sign up to Coach or Referee?

A: Under the forms tab, there will be registrations for both and can be filled out during the time we are accepting these applications.

3. If I register to coach, how many assistants can I have?

A: You are allowed ONE assistant coach whose son or daughter will automatically be on your team. If you draft your friends son, he or she can also help you coach.

4. Can you gaurantee that my son/daughter can play with their friends?

A: It is up to his coach to draft his friends, we cannot organize for all of the "friends" to play on the same team as this would cause balancing issues. We do apologize, however we hope they can (through drafting) end up on the same team!

5.  I want to give the league feedback or I have an issue I want addressed, how do I proceed?

A: Please email the league at [email protected]

6.  When are games and practices?

A: Games are on Sundays during the regular season between 8:15-12:45 (start time depends on the division your child plays in). There may be 1-2 Saturday games during playoffs in November. Practices are ONLY allowed during the week before the FIRST GAME of the season. All in season practices will take place at the field prior to the game being played.

7. What if my child is new to the league or the game of football.

A: Our league is very inclusive, we want our children to have a positive experience. All players must play equal time and touch the ball at least once a game during the regular season. Our coaches will be able to teach the basic rules and fundamentals of the game so your child gets to play while learning the basics of the game of football. Our league has been around a while and we pride ourselves in providing a positive experience for all. If the playing experience isn't positive, please submit a feedback/complaint ticket under the forms tab on the website.

8. What equipment does my child need to wear?

A: There are no requirements in terms of equipment, however most players do wear at minimum cleats(metal spikes are NOT allowed). Other players have worn mouthpieces, but that is totally up to you. We are an NFL sponsored Flag Football League, so we will provide your child with a Jersey and Flags.

9. How are teams formed?

A: Once sign ups are closed, we have a player draft where each coach gets to pick his team. The coach will then be responsible for reaching out to the players he has picked to get them important season information.

10. How does the scheduling work?

A: Once sign ups are closed and we have a definitive number of teams, schedules are generated and will be sent out by the coaches once the draft is complete. You will also be able to find the schedule by division along with your coaches contact information on the website under the appropriate division tab.
